Well we had a good night at the tables.  It was off to a wild start.  On hand #10 eight people limped in for the flop.  The flop was 8s Tc and 4d.  Rshocker bet 10 (little did he know what was ahead-lol- he had two pair).  Dudley_ raised to 110.  DeadHeadHipE calls (both first timers- welcome to the Joker room guys).  Msrinny reraises to 530.  Dudley calls and he is all in. Deadhead then moves all in.  Well msrinny makes the call and they turn over their cards.  Dudley shows AA, Deadhead shows 44 for trips.  Then Msrinny shows 88 for trip 8's! Aces and two trip hands, that definitely makes for some fireworks.  Msrinny's hand holds up and scores a big pot.  Play continued with the usual full house and flushes and such.  We got down to 11 and play continued for a bit.   Then another big hand.  Everyone folds and -ManBearPig- in the SB raises me in the BB.  I have Q10 and go ahead and defend my BB.  The flop is QQ4.  Woohoo- jackpot for me. Manbear bets 600 and I go ahead and raise to $2400, Manbear moves all in and I call of course.  I'm happy to see it when he shows KK.  He's dead right! Wrong!  The K hits on the turn and boom.  I'm down under 1000 in chips.   We get to the finally table as Mellow is knocked out.  Deadmanshand_ goes, I go, KOR goes, rshocker and then agro.  People are dropping like flies as the blinds get higher.  We've got Rankdizzle, ManBearPig, RipleyBP, jakeylove, and msrinny left.  They shuffle chips around a bit and Ripley has a small chip lead with 7100.  No one is dominating.  Hand 61 is a big one.  ManBearPig and msRinny are all in.  Rinny shows AQ and MBP shows AJ.  Rinny hits a Q on the turn and river and MBP is gone.  They just about pulled msrinny even.   A couple of hands later and Jakeylove moves in.  Rankdizzle calls with AQ and Jakey shows AK.  Of course for Jakey the board pairs twice and it's a split pot.  The blinds are at 150-300 and everyone has a little room.  jakey is lowest with 3700.  The other 3 are within 500 chips of each other about 7k.  Hand 89 was big.  Ranks pushes all in. Jakey folds in the SB, and Ripley calls.  Sometimes pushing with the big stack isn't such a wise move.  Ripley shows KK, Rank has 88 and Ripley takes the chip lead with 10k. Jakey makes a 3x raise but has to fold after the flop and is on life support with 1k in chips.  But he doubles up when he goes all in and flops trip 9's over Ranks 77.   But his luck wouldn't last.  Jakey moves in on hand #99 with 55 but Rank catches a 9 to go with his 9 10 and Jakey is gone on the bubble.  They kept fighting and Msrinny finally was knocked out on hand #144 when Rank caught two pair.  Then it was down to two.  Rankdizzle and RipleyBP.  They were pretty much even in chips and both fighting hard for the win.  Both had some good wins.  Ripley pulled ahead to a 16k - 8k chip lead. Rank got it back to 14k to 12k. The blinds were 300-600 so the pots were getting big.  Ripley moved back  to a 17k to 7k lead.  It's hard to capture all the action here.  Ripley was on a roll but Rank pushes.  Hand 195 Ranks pushes with K10 andRipley calls with 99.  Boom! The 10 hits on the riv and rank is still alive. Ranks is finally worn down and the last hand is a bit crazy but Ripley takes it down with a pair of 7's and Ranks has 39-lol.

Well it took a bit of time to get to the final table, but once the table was set things moved pretty quickly.   Things started off pretty slow and tight with the chips just kind of moving around.  Newcomer river_dud, who I didn't even get to meet since I was late, was out first.  We had a small group of 13 peeps and I think people just enjoyed chatting and taking it easy for a bit until the blinds got up.  When the final table was set, it was all down to business. rshocker was out first, followed by agro and annieboom.  gjones was gone next when hazy caught a 10 on the river to best jones' pocket 8's.  I had to step out so i'm not sure what happened after that.   However, it was bugman22j, spideytwo and mellow_yellow going out respectively and we were down to our money peeps.  Here's how it finished:

As soon as I got back from picking up my wife, peeps were laying out congratulations to Hazy_cat who had just won the tournament with a J high straight.  It was Hazy's second Joker Room win!!  Looks like blondee was out when Hazy hit trip 10's.  It looks like hazy had a pretty good lead chip wise on pa.  Pa after playing in many Joker Room tournaments finally cashes!! Way to go pa!

Well it was a quick night for last weeks winner as I went out 14th of 20.   I don't know what happened to HurqueRock but he went out really fast.  It was fairly quick getting down to 10, probably about 1 hour.  Rankdizzle was first to go at the final table and then sh1p 1t.  Burldog44 was taking a pretty good lead at this point working his way up to 13.5 k chips.  Next highest at this point (about 62 hands into the final table) was rshocker at 3615.  So it was now a matter of who was gonna shake out of the pack to have any shot with him.  It wasn't gonna be idBlondee or annieboom - aww - my personal favorites.  Mellow was gone next - thanks for the support buddy, and then newcomer multitaskgirl.  It was down to the money:

Shocker was first to go.  The dog had a big chip lead.  It was gonna be tough for Agro to come back.   It was a long heads up battle when in hand 228 Agro went all in and burl called.  Burl had 89 spades and Agro had AA.  Oops for Burl and we were almost tied in chips.  Wow a crazy all in battle at hand 234 and somehow burl was in with 36.  I think they were wearing out.  Agro won, but then lost the next hand with A7.  Lol- somehow Agro wins with 28 a pair of two and wow a big comeback and Agro wins! Agro takes 1st this week for his first Joker's tournament victory!!!  Way to go guys.  Great job.
